hot water

Open the tab for water to flow awhile before hot water is provided,
wait for quite a minute but the water is still bloody cold,
GOSH!
don't tell me the heater stop functioning.
I had hot shower just now and a few hours later hot water is not provided?!
My goodness,
got to sort it out.
Go up and down,
where is the heater for hot water?
I am not sure how long would the agent takes to send somebody to fix the heater if it is not working,
then the Korean girls tell me that sometimes at night we just don't have hot water,
just wait to the next day and it will be fine.
GOSH,
what if the heater really stop functioning?
