And Pei replied and asked if it's for a bungalow land,
well,
I should say,
well done Pei! you really are a qualified banker that stick to work all the time!
I won't call a bungalow land with this value a shit as the value of the land will grow each year.
This shit that I am talking about won't bring any good but flying colour for sales figure,
it is the total value of a 99.9% commisioning project.
The King didn't know to laugh or to cry when I tell him the "good news"
