The MR industry is really small that researchers usually work within a few names.
I have quite a number of ex-colleagues came for interviews with my current employer,
and most of them were interviewed by my current boss.
Guess what's next?
I am asked by boss/HR for reference.
None of my ex-colleagues got compliment nor recommendation from my side,
well really,
there's nothing in them that I could really recommend.
Somehow I feel so bad that I didn't speak well of them,
but come on,
I was telling the truth,
and I don't want to work with them anymore.

I don't hold the final decision,
I don't want to say anything bad about anyone,
and I told the truth.
There's nothing to do with me,
